Characteristics: Simple, inexpensive, moderate noise, easily adjusted
Description: A steel ball spins in a hardened race driven by compressed air. As the
ball spins it develops centrifugal force which causes the unit to
vibrate. Force output is easily adjusted by varying the air pressure to
the vibrator.
MODELS:
- Aluminum Body - Aluminum body for food and pharmaceutical applications.
- Malleable Iron Body - For most other applications.
RECOMMENDATION: Intermittent operation (1 to 2 hours/day) when considering energy usage and life.
