Hydraulic Vibrators

Description: The Design Series creates a wave of energy that generates a resonant frequency to produce flow of bulk solids. The vibrator produces one pound of force for every ten lbs. of material inside the sloped portion of a bin. The centrifugal force may be decreased or increased by adjusting the flow of oil to the vibrator or by adjusting the eccentric weights.
MODELS:
The vibrators are available as bolt on (models C3, D4.5, or D7) for permanent mount, or clamp-on (model CC as shown) for temporary mount
RECOMMENDATION: Intermittent operation (4-8 hrs a day) when considering energy usage and life.
