Truck Vibrators
Truck vibrator are practical solutions to material hang ups in dump truck
beds or bridging in spreader trucks. The driver operates the vibrator with
a push button inside the cab. Truck vibrators are available in 12 Volt DC,
24 Volt DC, hydraulic, and pneumatic power sources. Sealed against
dust and moisture, these vibrators provide long life even in adverse conditions.
Truck vibrators improve safety by helping to keep the driver in the cab
and off the truck. Truck vibrators improve productivity by reducing the
time for manual clean out or by increasing the load of each trip if the
bed is not cleaned out each time.
12 VOLT DC TRUCK VIBRATORS
Available power, relative ease of installation and push button control from
the cab make 12 Volt DC vibrators an ideal choice for truck vibrators.
Multiple sizes accommodate applications from a spreader on the back of
a pick up truck to a double axle rear dump truck. When needed the
operator pushes and holds the run button in the cab until the load starts
to move. Vibrator motors are sealed against dirt and moisture to provide
reliable performance in adverse conditions.
Used in applications where hydraulic power is more readily available than
air or electric and/or where easy adjustment of speed and force is needed.
Popular with original equipment manufacturers especially those who
manufacture equipment with other components which are hydraulically
powered. Can also be used as a truck vibrator.
Note: Energy costs for hydraulic power is approximately 40% of a
comparable electric vibrator.
Rotary Air Vibrators
Designed to produce more force for size, weight and cost. Effectively
operates in extreme temperature variations and climate conditions.
Quiet, efficient air vibrators create the force necessary to remove
materials from bins or rail cars. Fully adjustable with a wide range of
force output. Compact and lightweight to be mounted where flow
problems occur.

Rotary Electric Explosion Proof Vibrators
High Frequency Electric Vibrators
Compact, light-weight, quiet, portable, high frequency, and single phase. High frequency models U1-500 and U1-1600 are ideal to consolidate and help finish precast and cast-in-place concrete in steel forms. Wedge brackets available for quick attachment to forms without the need of tools. Also, ideal for a vibrating table where adjustable amplitude or frequency is required. U1-75 model is available in 115 volt and is rated for continuous duty. U1-500 and U1-1600 models are available in either 115 volt or 230 volt and are rated for intermittent duty.
