• Vibrator to be interlocked with hopper discharge gate.  Vibrator runs when gate opens.

• Vibrator bolts to a mount supplied as part of the flask assembly welded to the hopper wall.  Check bolt hole dimensions.

VRM Series

• Vibrator bolts to one side of mold and runs during core release.

• Vibrator bolts to a mounting assembly welded to a hopper wall.  Note: wearliners must be plug welded to outer hopper wall in area vibrator to prevent "oil canning" effect of outer wall.
• Two smaller vibrators on opposite sides work better.  Return sand ratholes and clings to sides.
• Specify motor rating requirements for operation in coal dust atmosphere.
• Use FloPro© Vibrator Selector Program to size and select vibrator.

VRA Series

• Vibrator bolts to match plate and runs while plate is extracted from mold.

• Vibrator bolts to male wedge bracket and drops into female wedge bracket on railcar. One bolt secures the vibrator bracket to the female wedge bracket on the railcar.
