Generates 2000 ft-lbs of torque at 230/460VAC/3PH/60HZ. A beam-mount with rolling carriage, heavy duty, pendant controlled electric powered hopper car gate opener with telescoping driveshaft. 5 Hp opener which runs at a constant speed of 34 rpm.
• Driveshaft telescopes 40" to 82" and angles 50 degrees vertical
and horizontal to accommodate both traveling gate mechanisms
and varied height gates; meets high torque, long life, and ease
of maintenance requirements
• Precision machined capstan drive fitting will last through
hundreds of gate openings
• Pushbutton controlled motor starter up to 20' from rail car gate
enables instantaneous forward/reverse jog of gear motor to open
stubborn gates
• Rolling carriage available to locate and lockdown the opener directly
