Shipping Policy
Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST for item which are in stock, will ship same day. Any delivery dates given are approximate only, and Seller shall have no liability for any delays in delivery. Unless BUYER issues specific shipping instructions, SELLER will choose the method of shipment (UPS ground for orders less than 150 pounds; best way for shipments over 150 pounds).
Shipment is made F.O.B. SELLER’s plant. Regardless of method of delivery or carrier, risk of loss shall pass to BUYER upon SELLER’S delivery to the carrier. Claims for damages in shipment are to be made by BUYER direct to the carrier. |
