Description: A rotating motor with oversized shaft, bearings and eccentric weights on the shaft generates centrifugal force. 1800 RPM is constant on most models. Force output is adjusted by changing the unbalance of the weights.
Product Applications: Material flow for bin activators, screeners with product less than ¾” diameter, and bulk bag unloading.
All Rotary Electric Vibrators must be used with an on/off motor control with overload protection and proper mounting per operator manual instructions.
- 115V vibrators usually include On/Off Control Box bundles with purchase of vibrator.
- 230V and 460V vibrators do not include control box options as a bundle, however special control boxes can be ordered seperately.
